Built for Abrasive, Continuous-Duty Grinding

Like the other industrial minerals Thanvi processes, Cast Iron Powder (C.I. Powder) is considerably more abrasive than food or agri-grade materials, so the grinding chamber uses replaceable chilled-iron liner plates and drop-forged alloy steel hammers rather than the FSSAI-compliant Stainless Steel 304 lining used for spice and grain orders. Every configuration also includes a Whizzer Air Classifier, which separates out particles that haven't reached the target fineness and returns them for re-grinding, plus a cyclone dust-bag collection system for the fines.
