What Palak (Spinach) Powder Is Used For
Palak powder, ground from dehydrated spinach, is used as a natural green colorant and nutrient additive in pasta, snacks, and health-food formulations. It sits alongside beetroot and other vegetable powders in the growing natural-colorant and functional-food-ingredient trade.
Built for Food-Grade Continuous Grinding
Every Thanvi Impact Pulverizer built for palak runs FSSAI-compliant Stainless Steel 304 contact surfaces. The build includes a Whizzer Air Classifier, which separates any coarser particles that haven't reached your target fineness and returns them for re-grinding, plus a cyclone dust-bag collection system for the finished powder. Note that the 12" and 16" chamber sizes aren't offered for this material -- see the capacity table below for the sizes we do build.
