Potato powder, ground from dehydrated potato flakes, is used as a binder and base ingredient in snack food manufacturing (chips, namkeen), and in instant food mixes. It's a value-added step in the broader potato-processing trade, alongside chips, fries, and dehydrated flake production.
Built for Food-Grade Continuous Grinding
Every Thanvi Impact Pulverizer built for potato powder runs FSSAI-compliant Stainless Steel 304 contact surfaces. The build includes a Whizzer Air Classifier, which separates any coarser particles that haven't reached your target fineness and returns them for re-grinding, plus a cyclone dust-bag collection system for the finished powder. Note that the 12", 16", and 20" chamber sizes aren't offered for this material -- see the capacity table below for the sizes we do build.
